A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The grapes were hand-picked. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. It is full bodied, has a deep purple color, elegant flavors, and aromas of fresh red fruit and herbs. The wine shows refined tannins and a harmonious balance. It is at its peak 8 years after harvest.
It is recommended that the wine be decanted before serving.
