The visit includes a guided tour and wine tasting.
Join us in our cozy tasting room or on our open patio (in the summer) and discover our wines and the unique story behind our winery. We will guide you through a short walk to our cellar and tasting experience, which includes a selection of our current release, accompanied by a cheese platter.
We will be delighted to host you at the winery for a variaty of visits.

Visit length 1-1.5 hours.
Cost – 155 NIS per person.
Table Reservation at the Winery
Our wine guide team will be happy to tailor a tasting route for you from our selection of wines, accompanied by snacks of your choice.
Operating Hours:
Sunday-Thursday at 12:30 PM (Autumn-Winter), 11:00 AM / 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM (Spring-Summer)
Cost: 18-45 NIS for a 100 ml tasting, depending on the selected wine, and a cheese platter for two – 89 NIS.
Friday at Castel winery
Join us in our open patio and enjoy a wine bottle of your choice or a self-tasting kit. You can also add a cheese plate.
Visiting hours: 10:00-14:00
Cost: Minimum order of 90 NIS per person.
picnic case
We are happy to invite you to enjoy our picnic cases and the bosom of nature in the beautiful Judean Hills.
· Picnic case – 209-369 NIS, based on chosen wine
· Tasting case – 265 NIS, 5 wine tastings
The cases are designed for two people, and include a wooden case, 2 boutique cheeses, bread, 2 wine glasses, and ecological tableware.
We have prepared a list of picnic locations up to 10 minute drive time from the winery, especially for you.
Available: Sunday-Thursday 10:00-17:00, Friday 10:00-14:00.
If you don’t have a reservation and happen to be in the area, give us a call.
Enjoy a wine bottle of your choice and a cheese plate in our open patio or cozy visitor center (subject to availability).
