International transactions
When you pay by credit card for all products shipped from ISRAEL, you will be charged in USD and your bank will charge you for the currency exchange. A certain fee of the amount of the transaction will be charges according to your agreement with the bank, whether originally made in USD or converted from a foreign currency.
Currency Exchange Rate
Invoices can be drawn out in USD. The value expressed in the currency depends on the currency exchange rate on the date of the invoice. For payment by credit card, you will be charged according to the exchange rate applied by your bank. Therefore, there might be a difference between the amount of the order and the amount charged on your account. This difference corresponds to your bank commission.
Property rights
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received the corresponding payment for such products. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.
Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 3 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving the wines. Shipment payment will not be refunded.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The merchandise will be shipped by air on regular flight to the adress specified in the order. Our products are shipped from Ramat Raziel Haute-Judee, ISRAEL. All our international shipments are done by air with EMS – Israel Post Express Mail Service.
For domestic shipping we mainly use our delivery service.
Please note that our deliveries are subject to the customs policy regarding the import of alcoholic beverages of every country.

Taxes
Our prices are tax free for international shipments (outside of Israel). For domestic shipment in Israel we do charge VAT as determined by law at the time of the order.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost depends on weight (amount of bottles) and destiny and will be determined upon placing an order
Handling & Packaging
To insure optimal conservation, the wines bottles are stored in the underground cellar of Domain Du Castel. We ship the merchandise with uppermost care, and as statistics have shown there were rare accidents of broking bottles. Our packaging has been designed especially against physical and thermal shocks of bottles during transportation.We use New Generation styrophome packages which fully protects the bottles.
Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary between 7-28 days. Some shipments can be delayed at Customs by administration. These delays are beyond our control and we are not responsible for these delays.
We are not responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery (even if a surcharge has been made for a guaranteed delivery time) because of circumstances beyond our control.
We are not in any circumstances liable for any consequential loss or damage arising from any delay in delivery or in any failure to deliver.
Delivery Advice.
If one or several items broke in transit, please send us an email to castel@castel.co.il within 14 days of receipt of the parcel(s) and we will replace the merchandise as soon as possible or in case it is not available anymore, we will refund you.
Our Liability and Disclaimer
Our liability in connection with any products purchased through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or for any loss profit, revenue or business, however caused, even if foreseeable.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products through our web site will be governed by Israeli law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Israeli Courts.
