C Blanc du Castel

C Blanc du Castel is made of 100% Chardonnay grapes. The must is fermented in French Oak Barrels and aged sur lie with frequent batonnage for nearly 12 months. The aroma is fruity with a hint of flint and roasted almonds. The palate is complex and round with plenty of yellow tropical fruit and citrus. It is very well balanced and mouth coating. Best served cool at about 12-14 OC
